I think it's the beverage which is making the difference. Conditions are not great, but they are not too bad. There is no high-latitude reception, but lots of interesting signals from more southerly bearings.

My thinking was "meh, conditions have knocked the regulars back a bit but not enough for a latin takeover" - But as your log shows there's always something interesting lurking around in disturbed conditions. 15 mins after sunset in Lima btw.
