Plus that brief blackout on the right most carrier.
I presume you have your waterfall gain set to max? If so, your band is obviously very much quieter than mine.

QRN From Router
Suddenly ... It's amazing! A beautifully, clean, quiet band! Well, almost. It's not bad, overall. This afternoon I looked into the noise levels which have been gradually increasing across the middle, and sometimes across the top of the medium wave band here. My Sky router has never been a problem re...

Nothing ID'd here other than WFED. There were other carriers and some were just about reaching audio level. A quick screen grab attached - not calibrated.

I think I hear Radyo La Verdad at 21 seconds. I have occasionally heard English words mixed in with Philippino.

https://app.box.com/s/qg0lu6vz2v262qx76g3lzw0o2c8gj1dv Weak and noisy. Heard at 21:00. A Chinese woman can be heard on the hour and immediately prior to time pips of I guess a different Chinese station. Those pips sound too weak to be coming from the same station. Immediately after the pips I hear a...

A decent enough signal. Interesting music too. Broken only for a different sounding Beijing time signal.
As I don't currently have a mobile phone, I cannot Shazam the music, but I'm sure it's clear enough to be recognised.

Re: DX Tip: 1510 XEPBGR Guadalajara
Hi Simon. I calibrated against Merseyside 1484, but I noticed that they were moving slightly. I don't know if the transmitter had become unstable or if it was (more likely) something odd happening at this end. So I checked Merseyside over a period of time and found the most stable period, then zeroe...

Fair between 02:00 and 07:00. With this coming through, I keep looking for KOA Denver CO on 850. This morning I hear a second station on 850 intermittently between 01:00 and 07:00. It never peaks on the hour and the carrier is slightly lower than WEEI's. I hope somebody has something decent this mor...

Tis OK. Should have done this ages ago really. MW alerts are appearing more frequently now. Who is going to be the first to Christen the new forum?

Re: Can we split dx alerts between MW and VHF forums
Done! It makes sense to me and a good idea for those who subscribe to the DX Alerts topic for FM DX.
I'll leave the old MW alerts in place in the FM alerts board as there are too many to move. New MW DX alerts should now be posted in the new board, located immediately below the FM DX alerts!

Re: MW lousy
Agreed. TA was weaker, yet conditions were quiet overnight. I would have expected better too but two stations of note here were 1420 WOC Davenport IA and KXEL 1540 was booming in. I know a long-established MW DXer who would say that things are 'too quiet'. There were a few K0s overnight. We need a s...

KCKK audible here until 08:30. Completely dominant. Such a shame you can't get a flag up there Peter. Not even a half sized flag?

Yes, I wondered if it could be a pirate. It's rare to hear anything on 927.

This is of course NOT going to be anything exotic. Recorded with a short Beverage over the weekend. I don't think there are any clues with this either, but who would have such a jingle on 927?

Re: 2 pf already
Our hobby is often frustrating.
I don't see anything called The Fan on 560 in the Topaz list. WQAM is supposed to be "The Joe", whatever that is.
I can only find KRLD Dallas when Googling for "105.3 The Fan". Must be a relay. Sorry, I couldn't dig anything out of your recordings.
